NEOBUX ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED. NEED HELP...

MY ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED.
YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED

You have violated section 4 of our terms of service

We enforced points 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 of our terms of service
to take measures against violation of section 4.

  1. 1) ME AND MY BROTHER WE BOTH USE THE SAME COMPUTER TO VIEW ADS.
  2. 2) ALSO BY MISTAKE I DOWNLOADED A PROXY BROWSER ON MY ANDROID PHONE, AND USED IT TO VIEW ADS.
PUFFIN BROWSER:

  • SO, CAN I GET MY ACCOUNT BACK OR DO I HAVE TO CREATE A NEW ONE?
  • WILL THEY SUSPEND ME AGAIN FOR CREATING ANOTHER ACCOUNT USING THE SAME IP ADDRESS?
  • WHY DOES THE ADMIN DOESN'T REPLY MY TICKETS?
  • THOUGH I HAVENT EARNED ANYTHING YET, ALL I DID WAS INVEST AND WHEN CASHING OUT GOT SUSPENDED.
  • DIDNT EARNED A PENNY, BUT STILL I BELIEVE AND HOPE TO EARN SOME DAY.
  • CAN ANYONE HELP ME REOPEN MY ACCOUNT OR CONTACT THE ADMIN TO SEE MY POST AND REPLY. I WAS ALWAYS ACTIVE ON NEOBUX UNTILL I GOT SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF MY FOOLISHNESS.

    Hi I was inactive for 3 days ago in neobux, now it shows my account is suspended and if I want to re-open then I have to send a support ticket, What is support ticket means? How do I activate my account once again. Pls give me the sugestions.

    6.4. Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones/tablets. Doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your account. Advertisements must only be clicked on using a mouse and not using any other methods. My account suspend how to activate
